The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic remains comparatively stable in Taiwan, given the global coronavirus situation continues to escalate. Thus, holding edification and education activities during Spring Festival in all correctional institutions Shall follow COVID-19 precautions and prevention guidelines as follow：

1. Phone Call Reunion, Face to Face Family Reunion, Family Day, and other Family Support Activities will be held as usual.
2. Staff activities could be held as usual under the physical distancing guidelines.
3. Visitors of any activities must be Taiwanese who do not travel from foreign area recently. And the external group must less than 10 persons.
