3.    To enhance management’s quality, a On-the-job.Education and  Training Program is conducted annually.The academic subjects include criminal law, prison management,consultation and guidance,and the  prison law. Skill training includesarrest technique, the usage of shackles, fetters, firearms, and first-aid techniques.
