1)   Striving for a better discipline of inmates with humanity: Inmates are treated with care and love in a justified, rational and reasonable way; proper guidance and correctional measures are rendered with patience.

2) Reinforced security and measures of a security check: All entrances of workshops and quarters as well as inmates’ articles, postal parcels, letters, materials and finished products are subject to rigid inspection. Urine tests for drug use are constantly conducted and the District Public Prosecutors Office will immediately prosecute inmates with positive results

3) The prison authority places members of gang under strict control and supervised inmates’ daily life in such a way that they will part company with the dreadful influence of gang operations and be reformed.

4) Inmate who is on parole or discharged form the prison will have a frank conversation with the director of administration in person, for a better understanding of the treatment he received in prison. Suggestions made during the talk will be used to improve security management in the future.
