In line with the 2014 Taiwan Lantern Festival , promoting folk arts , promote native culture , stimulate creative thinking , develop good interaction spirit of cooperation, the prison inmates to complete individual design, creative freedom , participation in competitions. Organizers invite experts and scholars to the overall effect , shape, color , creativity, lighting and project evaluation skills . Contest categories are divided into classes and hanging flat class , all participating works from February 14 to February 23 in Nantou, lantern lantern contest exhibition area for public viewing.
